Job Description:
Develop and manage comprehensive BIM models for architectural projects; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, contractors, stakeholders) to meet project requirements and timelines. Ensure models follow company/industry standards and BIM protocols (including BEP), prepare project documentation (drawings, schedules, reports), troubleshoot BIM workflow issues, and drive continuous improvement by staying current with BIM tools and practices.- Requirements:
○ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.○ Proven experience in BIM project execution within architecture/interior design.
○ Proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD; Dynamo is a plus).
○ 3ds Max and V-Ray knowledge is a plus.
○ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
○ Familiarity with BIM documentation (BEP; PIR/EIR is a plus).
○ Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects with high accuracy.
○ Problem-solving mindset; able to work independently and as part of a team.
